Who We Are
Let’s Talk Therapy Services is a clinic in central Arkansas that provides speech, occupational, and physical therapy to children from birth to 18 years old. Unlike most centers, we are a therapist-owned practice, which means we know what it takes for children and their parents to get authentic and meaningful support.
We are most passionate about early intervention. Children who enter school for the first time without the aid they need can quickly become overwhelmed and feel defeated. But, when children begin school with individualized treatment plans that already outline what they need and when they need it, they can stay in step with their peers and thrive.

FINE & GROSS MOTOR SKILLS
FEEDING & SWALLOWING
Some conditions can make it difficult for children to feed, eat, and swallow and some children may refuse to eat. We can help children learn important oral motor skills and provide them support and encouragement for trying different foods.
ARTICULATION
Articulation is the precise and accurate pronunciation of speech. We love helping children develop strong articulation so they can clearly communicate.
PHONOLOGICAL DISORDERS
Phonological disorders are where children have difficulty with speech and sounds. Over time, we can help children distinguish between sounds and form words correctly.
SENSORY
LANGUAGE DELAY
There are two types of language delays: receptive and expressive. Children with receptive language delays have trouble understanding what people say to them. Children with expressive language delays struggle to convey their own thoughts.
COGNITIVE DISORDERS
Cognitive disorders can affect a child’s problem-solving skills, memory, and attention. We help identify aids and strengthen cognitive skills.

FLUENCY
Fluency is the accuracy and ease with which a child can speak. We are passionate about improving child’s fluency so they can flourish socially and academically.
Where We Started
When we opened Let’s Talk Therapy Services in 2007, we started with just speech therapy. We provided speech therapy ourselves and soon expanded into occupational and physical therapy as well. Committed to our roots, we remain intimately involved in the therapeutic process and pour our passion and knowledge into all we do. We’ve had the privilege of serving in schools across Central Arkansas, including Little Rock, Conway, North Little Rock, and Bryant. Today, we are proud of our many young clients who’ve blossomed and thrived; they are a reminder of our purpose and passion.
Meet Christy
Christy Wygal is a speech-language pathologist and has been a co-owner of Let’s Talk Therapy Services since 2007. With a Master’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Christy is deeply motivated by watching her clients grow and progress. She is integral to the clinic, running the everyday operations and ensuring patients get the highest quality of care. In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with her family.
Meet Roxann
Roxann Owen is also a speech-language pathologist with a master’s degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. As a co-owner of Let’s Talk Therapy Services since its inception since 2007, Roxann works alongside Christy to keep the clinic running smoothly and aligned with the company’s mission. Like Christy, Roxann lives to see her clients thrive in therapy over time. She loves participating in community outreach and educating the community about the importance of early intervention. When she’s not working, she loves to rescue dogs in need and spend time with her family.
